Getting Started

CrossFit Foundations On Ramp:

All newcomers to CrossFit Stillwater will be required to attend the CrossFit Foundations On Ramp before being allowed to participate in any regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.
 

The Foundations On Ramp takes you through the basics of CrossFit, and prepares you for group classes with a firm grasp of the movements and intelligent substitutions for exercises that suit your specific needs with an emphasis on proper form and technique for your safety and to ensure your success at the next level. We will introduce you first to technique and mechanics, then intensity. You will be learning movements that begin with the relatively nontechnical and progressively more technical. There will be a workout at the end of session which will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses.
 

The Foundations On Ramp consists of 8 one hour sessions scheduled twice per week, Monday &Wednesday at 8p for four weeks. A new class begins on the first Monday of each month. It’s important that you are here for each of the 8 sessions as these movements build on one another.

Athletes must demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the material covered before being allowed to attend Workout Of The Day (WOD) classes.

This class will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Advance registration and payment of the class fee is required. Any registrations received after the 20th day of the month will be placed in the following month's class until it is filled.  Cost: $100. No discounts. No refunds.
