We will introduce you first to technique and mechanics, then intensity. You will be learning movements that begin with the relatively nontechnical and progressively more technical. There will be a workout at the end of session which will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses.&lt;br /&gt;The Foundations On Ramp consists of 12 one hour classes that begin the first Monday of each month and meet every &lt;strong&gt;Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 pm&lt;/strong&gt;. It’s important that you are here for each of the 12 sessions as these movements build on one another. Enrollment is limited to 4 people per class to insure adequate individual attention for each athlete. Athletes must demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the material covered before being allowed to attend Workout Of The Day (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"  style="font-size:130%;"&gt;WOD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;) classes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Advanced registration is required&lt;/strong&gt;.
